Join a Growing Pittsburgh Locksmith Company

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and motivated Sales & Dispatch Specialist to join our growing locksmith team.

This is an in-office sales and operations role where you'll work directly with customers and technicians to help close service calls, coordinate jobs, handle pricing questions, and keep the operation moving.

Locksmith experience is NOT required. We will train the right person on the locksmith side of the business.

What You'll Do

• Speak with customers and help close incoming locksmith service calls
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate their assignments
• Handle customer questions, objections, and pricing concerns
• Communicate with technicians while they are on jobs
• Help determine pricing based on the work being performed
• Build and communicate job receipts
• Coordinate parts and supplies when needed
• Monitor multiple jobs and priorities at the same time
• Assist with basic office locksmith tasks when needed
• Help identify opportunities for future commercial accounts

We're open to candidates at different stages of their careers. What matters most is your work ethic, communication skills, reliability, positive attitude, ability to solve problems, and willingness to learn. Locksmith experience is not required—we're willing to train the right person who has the right attitude and aptitude.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, dispatch, call centers, automotive, or home services is a plus, but it is not required.
